Your HLTH Band builds up a picture of your health trends over time. Switching wrists frequently can introduce minor variations in how the sensor reads your data. Wearing it on the same wrist every day gives you the most consistent and comparable readings over weeks and months.
There is no clinically significant difference between wearing it on your left or right wrist for the metrics tracked by the HLTH Band. Choose whichever is more comfortable for you — typically your non-dominant hand, as it experiences less movement during daily tasks, which can reduce interference with passive readings.
The band fits wrists and ankles up to 24cm (approximately 9 inches) in circumference. It can be worn on the ankle within these measurements. Note that health tracking accuracy — particularly for blood pressure, HRV, and SpO₂ — is optimised for wrist wear. Activity tracking (steps, distance) may also be less accurate on the ankle.

The HLTH Band is designed for wellness and fitness tracking. It monitors trends in heart rate, blood pressure, sleep, stress, HRV, blood oxygen, and activity to help you understand your general health patterns and make better lifestyle choices.
If you notice a persistent pattern in your data that concerns you — such as consistently elevated resting heart rate, frequent SpO₂ dips, or unusual blood pressure trends — use this as a prompt to speak with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not attempt to self-diagnose or adjust any medication based on HLTH Band data.
The band can be a helpful tool for flagging patterns worth discussing with your doctor. It should not replace that conversation.

The HLTH Band lasts up to 30 days on a single charge with continuous tracking enabled.
30 days is the maximum battery life under normal continuous tracking conditions. Several factors can reduce this:
The band does not have a screen to display battery percentage. Check your battery level in the QWatch Pro app — the current battery percentage is visible in the app dashboard. When the battery is fully depleted, the band will show no light and will not respond.
A full charge typically takes under 2 hours. For your first charge, we recommend allowing at least 30–60 minutes before starting to use the band.

This is one of the most common questions we get — and a fair one. Here's a plain-language explanation of how the HLTH Band estimates blood pressure without using an inflatable cuff.
A traditional blood pressure cuff works by inflating around your arm to temporarily stop blood flow, then slowly releasing pressure while measuring the point at which blood starts flowing again. This gives a direct mechanical measurement.
The HLTH Band works differently. It uses a technique called photoplethysmography (PPG) — the same technology used in most modern smartwatches and fitness trackers.
The optical sensors on the underside of the band emit light into the skin of your wrist. Blood absorbs light differently depending on how much of it is present in the blood vessels at any given moment.
Each time your heart beats, a small pulse of blood moves through the wrist — slightly changing the amount of light absorbed and reflected back to the sensor. The band reads this pattern continuously, thousands of times per minute.

Because the band measures blood pressure indirectly through light rather than directly through pressure, the readings are estimates — not clinical measurements. They are accurate enough to show you meaningful trends and patterns, but they work differently from a medical cuff and should not be treated as equivalent.

A cuff applies controlled external pressure to directly measure blood flow resistance. PPG measures a secondary optical signal and uses algorithms to infer pressure from it. The inference involves assumptions about blood vessel properties that vary between individuals and conditions — which is why the readings are estimates rather than exact measurements.

Yes. You can connect more than one HLTH Band to your QWatch Pro account.
Once multiple devices are paired, you can switch between them from the Paired Devices section in your profile settings. Data from each device is stored separately and associated with the device it was collected on.
If you're switching from an old band to a new one:
Your historical data from the old band remains accessible in the app even after removing it from paired devices.
